Rates and Terms
Hourly Rates:
Ideal for projects and tasks that are more suited to an hourly rate. There is a one hour minimum with time billed in minute by minute increments thereafter. Client will be required to sign a contract prior to commencing project or task.
Per Project Rates:
Ideal for specific projects or tasks. A customized estimate and proposal based on your needs will be provided. Rate is based on the type and scope of the project. The hourly rate is applied to the estimated number of hours needed to complete the project. Time will be billed in minute by minute increments.
The price of the project will only change if the scope of the project changes. Client will be required to sign a contract prior to commencing project or task.
Retainer Packages
Perfect for clients who prefer to reserve a set number of hours per month. A retainer package ensures continued and ongoing support when needed at a discounted rate. Client will be required to sign a contract prior to commencing project or task.
There is a minimum of 5 hours with time billed in minute by minute increments. Hours needed over the reserved amount will be billed at the discounted hourly rate for that retainer package. Retainer hours must be used in the month purchased and any unused time will not carry over.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may be applied when necessary. Additional fees include but not limited to postage, specialty office supplies or stationary, printing costs and shipping costs. Clients will be notified in advance.
Referrals
Client referrals are greatly appreciated and accepted. You will receive a 10% discount on your next invoice for a new client referral that results in a signed contract.
Payments and Terms
Invoices for retainer packages will be sent out on the first of each month and must be paid in full. A payment equal to one month retainer fee is due with receipt of signed contract.
Invoices for hourly clients will be sent out each week. A payment in the amount of the hourly rate for the two hour minimum is due with receipt of signed contract.
A payment of 50% of the total project cost is due with receipt of signed contract for per project clients. Invoices will be sent out weekly once deposit is exhausted.
All payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Payments are accepted through PayPal.
